THE WINE

The Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "En Créot" Rouge 2024 from Domaine Moingeon is an elegant and terroir-driven Pinot Noir from one of Saint-Aubin's rare Premier Cru red vineyards. Planted on steep, south-southwest-facing clay-limestone slopes, En Créot produces wines of remarkable finesse and mineral definition. Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, and crushed violet are layered with subtle notes of forest floor, sweet spice, dried herbs, and finely crushed stone. The palate is vibrant and beautifully proportioned, combining pure red berry fruit with silky tannins and bright acidity. Domaine Moingeon is a family-owned estate in the heart of Saint-Aubin, where generations of the Moingeon family have cultivated vineyards across Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet.
